What steps do you take to ensure that your equipment and workspace are clean and safe for tattooing?
Our studio follows strict hygiene protocols that include using disposable single-use needles and equipment, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and workspaces between each client, and wearing personal protective equipment such as gloves and masks during the tattooing process.
How do you ensure that the ink used for my tattoo is safe and free from contamination?
We use high-quality, reputable ink brands that are specifically formulated for tattooing and have been tested for safety and purity. Additionally, we use single-use ink cups and avoid cross-contamination by disposing of any leftover ink after each session. Inks and cartridges are sterilized before use.
What are your policies on maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients with regard to infectious diseases such as HIV or Hepatitis?
Our studio follows strict health and safety guidelines as outlined by industry standards and local health departments. We take every precaution to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, including using sterile equipment and practicing proper sanitation procedures. We operate with the highest infection control standards, advise you with respect to aftercare and airborne infection control.
What should I do if I notice any signs of infection or other health concerns after getting a tattoo?
If you experience any signs of infection, such as swelling, redness, or discharge around the tattoo site, or have other health concerns, we recommend that you contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of our clients.
Can I bring my own ointment or aftercare products to use after getting a tattoo?
We recommend products without perfumes that are not barriers as this will allow the skin to breathe.

How far in advance do I need to book an appointment for a tattoo?
Please contact us with respect to availability, we are very flexible and will do our best to get you the date and time you choose. We try to operate for availability for walk-in appointments as much as we can.
What is the process for booking an appointment for a tattoo?
You can usually book an appointment by contacting the studio directly via phone, email, social media, or by visiting in person. You will need to provide information about the design, size, and placement of your desired tattoo, as well as your availability. The studio will then work with you to schedule an appointment that works for both you and the artist. We require a deposit to secure your appointment.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my tattoo appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible so that we can offer your slot to another client. Depending on the studio's policies, your deposit may be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within a certain timeframe.
Can I bring a friend or family member with me to my tattoo appointment?
In most cases, yes. With respect to our clients, we would prefer that you just bring one person to your appointment. To be able to sit with you, guests must be over the age of 18.
What should I do to prepare for my tattoo appointment?
We recommend that you eat a good meal before your appointment to avoid feeling lightheaded or dizzy during the tattooing process. You should also avoid drinking alcohol or taking drugs that can thin your blood or affect your judgment. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area where you will be getting your tattoo.
Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?

If you are aged 21 or under, we will need to see photographic ID before commencing your tattoo. The law states that you need to be aged 18 or over in the UK to have a tattoo.

What if your opening hours do not work with my availability?
Please enquire with us as we aim to be flexible, so may be able to arrange to carry out your appointment outside of our usual hours.

How do I purchase a gift voucher for the studio?

Gift vouchers can usually be purchased online or in person at the studio. The amount of the voucher can be customized to your preferences, and the recipient can use it towards the cost of a tattoo or other studio services.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What happens if the cost of the tattoo is more than the value of the gift voucher?
If the cost of the tattoo or service is more than the value of the gift voucher, the recipient will be responsible for paying the difference.
Can gift vouchers be refunded or exchanged for cash?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, however, they may be used as a deposit and may be transferable to another person if needed.
